Hotel Rooms

To secure your room at Premier Sani Pass Hotel, a R850 deposit per room is required. (Please scroll further down for instructions on how to book)

You’ll be able to choose your room type, how many people will be sharing, and give us details like dietary preferences, room setup, and which race you’re running.

Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will use this information to put your booking together and send you an invoice to confirm and pay before the final due date.

• 3 nights accommodation with breakfast at Premier Sani Pass hotel (including early Breakfast options)
• 2 nights of dinner included (No dinner available on Saturday but there will be an Al a carte menu as well as food trucks at the race village. Saturday night will be for your own account)

PROCESS FOR YOU TO SECURE YOUR ROOM

• To book a room you will need to click the green TICKETS button.
• You will now have access to the layout of the hotel where you can book your room.
• Make sure to scroll down to see all rooms as the full map may not be visible on some screens.
• Move your mouse over the rooms(square blocks) & click anywhere to zoom in so that you can see all the info & be sure that it suits your needs & then click on the room that you want to book.
• Click on select & ensure the room moves across to order summary on the right. Once you are happy with your order summary then click NEXT and follow the prompts to answer all the questions.
• ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS before making payment to ensure you have accurately requested all that you require. The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will use the information you supply to these questions to create your booking, and invoice you accordingly.

Camping

For an immersive event experience, we will be constructed a full race village on the beautiful grounds of the Hotel with dining areas and ablutions with hot shower.

For simplicity this offering includes a tent with mattress, dinner and breakfast is included.

Simple!

Bring your bedding, some money for lunch, snacks and drink… Then focus on good times with good people in the amazing Drakensberg.

• Tent and mattress provided. Please bring your own bedding.
• Includes dinner and breakfast.
• Paid in full up front.

Each person will receive their own tent 2-person tent.

If you want to share a tent our advice is to use the one tent for both sets of luggage, then put both mattresses in the other tent.

You do not need to pre-register for this, just let us know when arrive at registration and the team will make sure you get 2 tents next to each other.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

• A deposit of R850.00 per room secures your booking.
• In mid-January 2026, you will receive an invoice reflecting your booking, and your balance amount outstanding.
• Final balance is due before 24th February 2026.
• You can change the details of your booking, such as meal preferences and King or Twin beds - but not the actual room you have booked. Please email [email protected] with your change requirements.
• Should you wish to cancel before the 10th February 2026, you need to email [email protected] & we will do our utmost to fill your room for you from the waitlist. The person taking over your room will pay the R850 deposit to you & only once this is confirmed in writing from you, will the room be transferred.
• Should we not be able to find anyone to take over your room, an admin cancellation fee of R850 will apply up to 24th February 2026.
• Bookings not fully settled by 24th February 2026, and not cancelled in writing to [email protected] before 24th February 2026, will lose the booking and forfeit the R850 deposit.
• From 25th February 2026 to 26th March 2026 a 50% of total booking cancellation fee will apply.
• From 27th March 2026 to 24th April 2026 there will be no refunds (100% cancellation fee).
