Tswelopele is a Network of young black professionals geared at empowering black graduates, creating a sense of belonging for them and ultimately enabling them to start thinking and believing that they are Africa’s next business leaders.
 
The event is designed to inspire and challenge the mind-sets of young black professionals and to encourage them to keep working smart at their goals.
 
Tswelopele aims to have engaging and forthright discussions with some of South Africa’s business leaders on the growth opportunities inside and outside of the corporate world and transformation within South Africa especially corporate South Africa. This will be in an informal conversational setting.
