The Los Angeles based movie entails Alice moving to the big city after a fall-out with her former boss. After trying and failing at every audtion, Alice unwittingly finds herself in the burlesque club after following the music in from the street. She finds Tess and the dancers performing and on meeting Jack, decides to pursue a career on stage. Rejected at an audition immediately, Alice isnt dishearted and carries on her climb up to the glitz and glamour of Burlesque-themed dancing...................
