ABOUT
FRT Training Workshops for Nurses, Carers, Health Care Assistants, Parents & Family Members
Are you a parent, grandparent, older sibling or primary carer seeking a relaxation modality to support and learn a skill?
Please note that by attending the FRT workshop you will learn how to apply the relaxation routine demonstrated and guided by a qualified FRT Reflexologist for the benefit of you and your family, elderly folk, anxious teenagers, and babies, you will not be trained to be a Therapeutic Reflexologist.
The Functional Reflex Therapy Relaxation Routine may be used by nursing staff, healthcare assistants, carers, parents, and grandparents, and is shared through a professionally packaged, informative, practical workshop led by a qualified FRT Reflexologist.
The workshop will prepare you with skills to deliver the structured FRT relaxation routine for the hands and feet in your place of work or at home. The intention is for you to provide a pleasurable, positive touch activity to support the well-being of the individual that needs it, thereby calming the central nervous to encourage cooperation and within the neurodiversity groups to allow learning and understanding to support challenges within these individuals.
