Augmented reality blurs the line between what's real and what's computer-generated by enhancing what we see, hear, feel and smell. It used to be the stuff of fantasy and movies, but in today's world Augmented Reality has become more accessible to the public. Can Augmented Reality become a major part of a brand’s marketing strategy in South Africa?This event will aim to explore Augmented Reality & Virtual Reality with two speakers taking you on a topical journey for the evening, pulling on global resources whilst contextualising how it could potentially, and is, influencing the South African digital markets - more (very exciting) details on the speakers to follow!
Organised by its founding partners DQ&A Media Group and Initiate International and newly signed national partners, Zomato, each event we’ll have local or international speakers covering interesting topics about the online digital space and trends in South Africa, as well as globally. The audience will be encouraged to engage in the discussions as well as network with each other. To ensure that the audience is kept entertained, we’ll have an up-and-coming Comedian to encourage audience participation and to take Q&As with the speakers. And of course, there’ll be some cool sponsors, an open bar to lubricate the evening, alongside live tweeting and some awesome freebies and prizes, just to make this schweeeeeeet deal even sweeter!
