Balltme Tournament
The Balltime tournament is a youth soccer tournament that will be taking place at Vaalbank stadium on the 16th, 17th &18thDecember 2016. The tournaments consist of 8 under 23 (+2 over aged players) local teams selected by Balltime from kwandebele region. The tournament will have 4 matches on Friday from 08:00am – 17:30, then 2 matches on Saturday from 10:00am – 17:30, and finish with 3 matches on Sunday from 08:00am – 17:30pm where there will be a Women’s friendly@10:00am, Premier soccer league legends vs local Legends@12:00pm and then followed by the final match@15:00pm
The purpose of the tournament is to give the local players an opportunity to be scouted by the national leagues and Balltime. After the tournament has been completed a minimum of 15 players will be selected into a balltime squad that will play friendly games with PSL teams in 2016. Our panel of selectors will include a former Keizer chief’s defender Nhlanhla Kubeka, former Mamelodi Sundowns mid-fielder Clement Mazibuko and former Young aces Goalkeeper Kenneth Mahlangu.
There will be a MovieNight after soccer on all three days from@20:00 -22:00pm, (featuring Mrs Right Guy on friday, The Magnificent Seven on Saturday, & Tell Me Sweet Something on sunday) while during the course of the tournament we’ll have entertainment from numerous local artists and performances from M6G, Dj Porche, Zodwa Mabena and many more. The event won’t be complete without our favorite local Bikers club who will be campaigning about the biker’s awareness program. Also there will be lots of prizes to be won by fans including the Balltime logo prize (go on Balltime facebook page click “like” upload the Balltime logo and use it as your wallpaper and stand chance to win R100 in cash)
On Saturday we welcome our PSL legends who will be making a stage appearance and a player coaching session in the afternoon.

VIP tickets will be sold at R50 more at the gate, classic at R5 more so make sure that you book yours as early as possible.
Foods, drinks and alcohol will be sold at the stadium for the general public including other collectable items such as hats, Ndebele products etc. The fans will be allowed to bring their camping chairs, alcohol & umbrellas into the stadium and enjoy the beautiful game of football (food will not be allowed). - Classic tickets selling@R20 per person/ per day (free for children under the age of 10 years), and
- MovieNight selling @50 per person/ per day (No kids allowed).
