Property Practitioners are the GATEWAY to the property transaction process and therefore the FIC expect each registered Property Practitioners Business to be compliant according to the FATF expectations and their focus on the property industry. – Property Practitioners “fail” as Designated Non-Financial Business Professions” – FATF 2021 & Correction will remove SA from the Greylist” – FATF 2022
