Join PopUpGym on the Outdoor Piazza at Montecasino's Spirit of Spring Festival for an energy packed workout alongside other fun activities for the whole family to enjoy all day.The date is Saturday 24th of September 2016.
Please arrive between 09:00 and 09:30 for registration where you will receive wireless headphones to experience a fun, high-energy workout. There will be a lot more other activities happening on the Piazza throughout the day, so gear yourself up to spend the day at Montecasino. For kids, activities include face painting, hoola hoop competitions, magic shows and many more. For adults there will be spring-themed shopping stalls on the Piazza and other activities throughout the Montecasino Complex.
Mapule Ndlovu (Women's Health Next Fitness Star Winner) and Jeff Maluleke (Internationally acclaimed Boxercise Trainer) will be the trainers for this special Spirit of Spring Festival PopUpGym session.
The PopUpGym session will be until 11:00.
Ticket price is R200.
Please bring along a Cap and Towel.
