BE MORE THEME...
"Most of us are not what we could be. We are less" (Paul & Elder, 2014). We all have great capacity, but we often do not use or develop our full capacity or become the person that God wants us to be.
"The main aim of life is simply to become all you're meant to be. Actually, even more important than who we are becoming as people is focussing on the difference we are making as leaders. Contribution is the ultimate purpose of work - and life" (Sharma, 2010).
"You don't have to have a title to be a leader. You just need to be a living human being..." (Sharma, 2010).
"The way we use our time is directly linked to our goals, dreams and desires. It is important to pay attention to the things that are life-giving to us, and to choose them consciously" (Blackie, 2013).
Be MORE Health-Conscious & Help others to become MORE Health-Conscious - A Health Conference for the average citizen!
WHY? 5 Key Reasons
Often parents/teachers and/or other professionals spend more time helping their own children, the children they teach or their clients than looking after themselves. They neglect their own health and focus more on the well-being of others. A parent, teacher and/or professional (or any person) can only function optimally if they have the health to do it. "For many, health may not be the most important thing in life, but without it, nothing else matters. And when you have good health, pretty much anything is possible" (Perlmutter, 2013).
HOW? 2 Key Mindsets
