Hout Bay Crossfit embodies everything we know and understand about the philosophy of Crossfit, from an emphasis on good movement practice to the camaraderie of community, this Crossfit Box and its proficient leadership has produced a group of driven athletes to represent at United We Stand 2016 in October of this year, hosted in Durban.
United We Stand is a 3 day, multi disciplined event attended by teams from all over South Africa. This will be a true test of functional fitness, stamina, strength and team work and Hout Bay Crossfit is eager to take on the challenge.
We are looking for funding that can assist our athletes in getting to this event. Every little bit helps ...
