WOOD FIRED FISH & PINEAPPLE MEDLEY
Kingklip marinated in ginger, garlic, chilli & lime & cooked over the flame.
Basted with fresh coriander, cucumber, spring onions & a pineapple marinate infused with chilli and star anise syrup & finished over the fire.
Accompanied with Palm sugar & lime dressing.
