SUN IN MY FINGERS

Lara Kirsten is a pianist, piano teacher performance poet.

The program will be a sunny celebration of music that encapsulates merriment and

conviviality (ánd a bit of mischief). The program is centred around one of the

sunniest of musical forms – the waltz. Some highlights to expect - the rousing

Grande Valse Brillante by Chopin, the rollicking Root Beer Rag by Billy Joel and

Katherine Cordova's transcription of Jacob Lawson's shimmering hit song Golden

Hour.

A program that promises to delight both young and old!

Guests are invited to bring their own picnic.
