Happy Women's History Month for 2023!
This year's theme for Women's History Month is "Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories"
Lebo Mopeli The Soul Dance and I, Tando Keke Tando Tullia Keke are both experienced professional internationally credentialed personal development coaches who run fun executive coaching programs for corporates around the world.
This March in celebration of women’s history month we wanted to give back to the local community, by offering a one day coaching retreat to those who are interested in personal growth but find coaching to be too expensive or too inaccessible.
Saturday, 18 March, I, Tando Keke will be sharing about my book, 'The Strength of a Real Woman' and hosting a one day retreat at Brite Designs Brite Designs in Vincent, East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa.
The one day retreat starts from 9am to 6pm. We have arranged catering of food and refreshments for the day and this is included in the ticket price.
The ticket price includes signed copy of the book, food and refreshments for the whole day and coaching and workshops (R225) per person.
Itinerary (9am to 6pm)
1. light breakfast, registration and time to network.

3. Contemplative meditation to set the intentions for the retreat
4. Breath work activations
5. Introduce the book
6. Workshop on storytelling as a vehicle for healing
7. Journaling for people to process for themselves their own personal stories.
8. Short break and snack
9. Feedback on storytelling and healing
10. Break for lunch
11. Workshop on gratitude
12. Practice gratitude exercises in the book
13. Group feedback time on gratitude exercises
14. Letting go activation
15. Vision casting - create a vision statement for every area of your life
16. Wrapping up the retreat
17. Light meal
18. Networking and connecting time
