The Alliance Française of Johannesburg, in partnership with the Embassy of Switzerland in South Africa, is pleased to invite you to the concert of Amélie Daniel, a Swiss artist, as part of the Francophonie week.

About Amélie Daniel

From the beginning, Amélie has not been one to follow “the beaten track”! Since completing her studies in Lausanne (Switzerland), she recorded her first album in Paris with Vincent-Marie Bouvot (producer of the albums by well-known artists such as Zazie, Florent Pagny), she has given more than fifty concerts in Europe and USA and has recorded a number of albums. She is currently touring Switzerland, solo, with an acoustic show where the piano is at the centre, bringing both intimacy and energy to her new show. What is evident in Amélie’s universe, is her human touch and her connection with people.
