Four12 Conference in South Africa 2023

It is with great excitement that we announce that 600 additional overflow adult (13+) tickets are being made available for this year's RSA Conference! 

So, for those who missed out & are able to make the necessary arrangements in Cape Town, book your tickets now.

Ticket details below:

- R500 per ticket 

- These will be in a demarcated 'overflow' area at the back of the main tent

- Ticket holders will be required to sit in the overflow area but will not miss out on anything that God is doing as it still falls within the main tent.

- Unfortunately, no additional KidZone or Pre-schoolers tickets will be available.

- Unfortunately, no hosting will be available for those that purchase tickets now. All hosting arrangements will need to be organised privately between saints & friends in CPT.

We are ecstatic at the news of more tickets being made available & cannot wait to have as many people as possible with us at this year's Conference!

Please note: Môreson is a working farm with animals, open bodies of water and large open spaces. We are privileged to be hosting our Conference at such a wonderful venue but would like to ask that parents are aware of their children at all times. We also regret that no pets are welcome on the farm.

* Express Access is available for those with disabilities, injuries & the elderly. This includes parking and a separate entrance to the meeting venue. Please indicate during the registration process if you will need Express Access.

CHILDCARE

Parents, or guardians, attending the Conference with children, toddlers, or babies must ensure that their kids are registered too. No child will be allowed into the Conference without their parent(s)/guardian(s) on the day.

Please note that no childcare will be available for children aged 0 - 6 years.

The following facilities are available:

• Moms Room: For nursing moms (women only). An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room.
• Pre-schoolers Room: Parents with children age 1 - 6 years will be able to make use of the pre-schoolers' room. An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room. Please note children may not be left unattended by a parent/ legal guardian.
• KidZone: A full children's programme will be available for children age 7 - 12 years (Grade 1 - 6) at Môreson Plaas. Should a 12 year old child wish to attend the full Conference, please purchase a ’Teenage ticket’.
• Teenagers: Children age 13 - 17 years are allowed to attend the Conference sessions - no childcare will be provided. Specific tickets are available for them.

HOSTING & ACCOMMODATION

We encourage Conference attendees to make their own accommodation arrangements where possible.

For those staying further than 100km away from the venue, limited hosting will be provided by the hosting church, Joshua Generation Church. More information can be found on the Four12 Global website.

Campsites will be available once again this year and can be purchased via the Four12 Global website.

FOOD & DRINKS

While there will be vendors selling coffee and other resale items, please feel free to pack a picnic lunch and fluids for yourself and your families. More information around food and drinks can be found on the Four12 Global website. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Should you need to cancel your Four12 Conference ticket at any point prior to the start of the event, please follow Quicket’s refund policy to ensure that you get your refund for your ticket(s).
