Nick E Louder - Club Residency Launch

On the 25th of February, one of Cape Town original resident DJ’s will be returning to a club residency for the first time in a decade.

Join us for an evening of Cape Town’s club music celebration where Louder will be taking you on a journey into the dance music scene’s history and has compiled Remixes of the original music that were the building blocks of the club scene. He will be reintroducing the sounds onto a dance floor, taking it through the night and making one unforgettable evening to kick off this fabulous club residency.

Louder will be taking you on a journey through the Dance Music sounds that made the Cape Town Club Scene Great from past and into the present day:

Cape Town Clubbing History:

In the early 90’s when dance music was in its infancy, Louder actively paved the way in bringing artists and imported Electronic Dance Music to the South African shores.

He has inspired thousands of club goers over the years with his unique of bass- driven cross-fader mixing technique and cultivates a crossover of sounds that entertains his dance floors far and wide.

Louder dominated the 90’s dance music scene in SA and developed his reputation as a global brand presence performing on the worldwide stage.

He mastered the craft of turntablism at a young age breaking into the European scene which took him from London to Ibiza, Amsterdam, France, Spain taking him on to Canada and the US before introducing himself to South African dance music culture.

Having shared the stage with some of the world's biggest superstar DJ’s including Paul Oakenfold, Fat Boy Slim, Paul Van Dyk, Jerome Isma-Ae, Tiesto, Judge Jules, Lisa Lashes, Axwell and many more... and he has performed at the Ministry of Sound, Pasha, Els Paradise, Star Club Ibiza, Palladium - Spain, Aquarium, Brixton Academy and Heaven in London and the MCQP events, Vortex Festivals, Synergy in South Africa with a host of residencies from legendary clubs of the Boiler Room, Nexus, Spyce, Pure, G-Spot, The Gallery, and ESP, Evolution in JHB as well as his own ground breaking Club UNITY in Cape Town.

He has been head man at Mutha FM and has spent the past years helping and assisting other artists to reach their full potential in the scene, and with the help of his team, teaching new and established club DJ’s how to broadcast a professional show and reach a national and international audience.

Nick knows it’s time to re-ignite the Dance Music Scene in SA and now is the time to step back behind the decks and remind people what they have been missing the past few years what we have all been through.

Jay Nunez will be the supporting DJ for the evening, and a few guests will be coming in for mixes.

Tickets are available from Quicket, with the Club Access to this fantastic little club, and V.I.P. will give you access to the DJ Lounge where you can have your own table, order bottles and be waited on while you dance next to the man himself, and watch the master at work!
