Mama Themba Motherhood Event: The Sweetest Slumber

Mama Themba is hosting its first social event in support of the work they do with moms and their newborns in state hospitals as a registered non-profit organisation.

The Motherhood Event is for moms with newborn babies 0-6 months who would love to learn more from our guest speaker Kearin Ashley Heward from the Sweetest Slumber. Kearin is an internationally Certified Sleep and Well-being Specialist and has completed training in Holistic Sleep Coaching. Kearin has a great sense of humour and has a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience in this area
