  • Tools and Analytics – what tools help you track your progress on social media and what do the numbers mean?

About the trainer: Brian Mawdsley is an instructor, speaker, author and business owner. Each of my courses come from tried and tested techniques that I use in business today, where we help build brands, drive engagement and use social media in clever ways to achieve our clients business goals. Much the same way I train my teams, I break down the process and teach by example. I currently have 160 000 Twitter followers and a Klout score of 70.
