ABOUT
Business as Mission South Africa Conference 2016 has one goal : smash poverty.
We don’t accept that people need to live in poverty. We know that God has the best proven means to help people understand their identity and value in God and to apply His principles to break poor thought patterns and take hold of the destiny God has for them.
This is not theory but it requires determination. We need to overcome victim and entitlement mentalities and replace them with a stewart’s heart to honour God and an eagerness to receive God’s goodness and abundance to help ourselves and others. Out motto is "Build Capacity and Break Dependency"
The good fight against poverty has begun. Since our first conference, a small number of BAM mentors have established small business opportunities to train impoverished people in business skills.
BAM SA 16 is about showing you the practical steps of taking the blessings of God to help people rethink their lives, provide skills and mentor them in their own businesses.
- The Conference will start Wednesday evening and run through to Friday midday.
- Lunches on Thursday and Friday are included.
- Practical focus - breakout sessions to discuss BAM oportunities in regions and plan for implementation
- We will run a Shark Tank to judge previously submitted business plans and award prizes and loans for business start-up. Please click the Shark Tank Tab above for more information.
- There is a Golf game planned for Friday afternoon.
Should you want to attend but are unable to afford the conference fee please request your pastor to motivate your attendance at the conference and email to the contact address given. This is subject to availability of seats.
