Time to set your goals, create, effective systems and get the results you want.


As we step into a new year, the time has come to look ahead and start to contemplate what you want to create for this year.


However, most New Years' resolutions don’t last! You may have wondered why this is the case and why we perpetuate the idea that setting goals are important. There are many reasons why we don’t achieve our goals, however, when done more effectively, you can achieve more in life.


If you are looking for effective ways of improving your life, you will be sure to find tons of useful information here.

Now is your chance to start to make the important changes you want and overcome what is holding you back. In this 2-week program, you can create a better vision going forward, decide what you want and also learn more about why your best efforts in the past may have failed. This program is about deciding what you want, knowing why you want it and taking the actions that will get you what you want.


Join me for this 2-week program that will run on 2 consecutive Wednesdays, 25 January and 1 February from 18H30 to 20H00.

There are different aspects of your life that you may want to improve or change and by having a system you can change your life. The different aspects may include wanting to get in shape, become more active, start living healthier, stop procrastinating, improve your mental health, career and finances, reduce stress, be happier in life, have better relationships with friends, family and partner, travel more, save more, etc.


The program.

What follows is a 2-week step-by-step practical way of learning what you really want, why you want it and how you can achieve it. The program will be facilitated weekly on a Wednesday, from 18H30 to 20H00, for 2 weeks. Every evening will consist of 2 parts. The first part of the evening will be a presentation including practical exercises and the second will be a guided visualisation. Between weekly sessions, there will be some fun homework to complete.
