NamBurn, the Namibian Burn

The Namibian Burn is an cultural and art event that follows the 10 Principles of Burning Man.

NamBurn is a community of volunteers who come together to create art, performances, music and community building.

All of this is created through our Burn culture of volunteering and gifting.

The Namibian Burn site is in the Kalahari Desert near Blumfelde. You need to be 'radical self-reliant'.

There is no ‘them’, ‘no spectators’ – this is NOT a 'plug and play' or trance

festival for profit, it is a Burners Burn with limited numbers.
