Movement is an excellent way to take control of your mental health, as it gets your heart rate up so you can feel more connected with your physical self.


Consistency is key - do at least 15 minutes of whatever kind of exercise feels right for you, to really benefit.


The beginning of each year tends to bring on pressure. Pressure that makes you feel like you have to set goals immediately and jump on them from the first day. The big question we are often asked is: What is your new year resolution? Well, we're taking on the new year in our own time. Get outside, settle in and take it slow.

We're starting the new year off with a relaxed evening walk with good company and a FREE, refreshing sparkling CBD drink, afterwards.


We're meeting outside Newport Market & Deli in Mouille Point - kicking off our walk from 6pm. Walk for as little as 15 minutes, or as much as an hour.
