Saturday 14 January 2023, 7pm, We Cafe, 118 New Church Street, Gardens 

Our menu is completely vegan and gluten free. 2 starters, 1 main course and 1 desert

Menu:

1. Soil.

Delicious roots- tofu cream with baked bettroots, baby carrots with herbs and citrus segments

2. Water.

Salty ocean- sweet potato rosti with seaweed carrots, sour cream and black caviar

3. Fire.

Smoke on the farm- polenta with BBQ oyster mushrooms steak and mushroom demi- glace sause

4. Air.

Cloud of joy-  weightless almond sponge with blackberry mousse and coconut snow
