Former lead singer of the critically acclaimed pan-African supergroup Freshlyground, Zolani Mahola is "The One Who Sings". She officially announced the launch of her solo career as a musician in 2019, Zolani's is not only focusing on storytelling but she has also made herself available for public speaking. In her own words: “Our world is changing. The old stories have worn thin. We are telling new stories now. We are creating new realities: ones which inspire and give us true power.” Joining her on stage is Zikamdali (Gifts of the Creator) a singer, a song writer and musical creative mind from Nobambha in Qumbu kwilali yase Mthonjeni, born in Mthatha and raised in Pretoria where she discovered and harnessed her musical skill and moved to Gqeberha in 2018. to study a Diploma in Music and to find her voice to becoming an accomplished worldly recognised musician.
