a brand new hike on the table!!!!
We are going Mtunzini for a day filled with adventure and fun!
Whats on offer:
Hiking - Beach walking - Swimming - Picnicking - Braaing - Fishing (bring your own gear) - kayaking (optional) and the list is endless!!!!

Time & place to meet:
7.00am Umlalazi Nature Reserve Boat Launch Site (picnic site)
Cost: R180pp
OR R240 with a freshly made boerewors roll and some cold drinks
Kids (U13) R100 without OR R160 with food and cold drinks
What to bring:
hiking boots/shoes, water or cold drinks (min 1.5L per person!), snacks/lunch and a backpack to carry all that
The hike:
appr. 10-12km
Difficulty: Easy Grade 1 (mostly flat forest& dune walk)
Duration: 3-4 hours
We will visit the mangroves, the raphia plam forest (national monument and the home of the very elusive palm nut vulture!) a private beach and some beautiful forest trails and lagoons.
Only 20 tickets available.
Please note that we will need 10 confirmed & paid bookings to go ahead with this event. payment is non-refundale if you are a no show.
If weather is bad, event will be re-scheduled and new date will be given.
There is an additional R40 per person payable at the gate when entering the reserve (free with rhino card)
