• Dress comfortably. This is a safe space for an educational workshop.

• Please do bring along a yoga mat if you have one.

Location is a safe and beautiful space in Parkhurst, Johannesburg. All ticket buyers will receive address confirmation closer to the time.

We will have demonstrations so come with an open mind and an enagaged attitude.
