Walk the Paws- Cape Town

Bring your canine companion and join us for a Doggie Walk in aid of Rare Diseases South Africa, a registered NPO advocating for improved quality of life for those affected by Rare diseases.

Date: 17 September 2016
Time: Registration opens from 7am, Walk starts at 9am.
Distance: 5km
Entry Fee: R100 - all proceeds go to Rare Diseases SA. Includes a doggy goodie bag (1 per entrant).

PLEASE NOTE:  
- Online entries close Wednesday 14th September, or when full. Onsite entries available at R120 (provided event not sold out).
- NO Credit card facilitites at venue - CASH ONLY.
- Maximum 2 dogs per entry. 
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times. 
- Please bring along poop bags to clean up after your dogs where necessary. 
- Participation and entries at own risk.
- Please ensure all dogs entered are socialised and obedient. 
- There are NO food facilities so please pack a picnic basket.
- Please clear up all litter and be environmentally responsible at all times.

Dog Walking Indemnity
By joining a walk I confirm that my participation is entirely voluntary and I accept all risks involved therein.
I also hereby accept and agree to adhere to the walks terms and conditions.
All the organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness of whatsoever nature and how so ever caused, suffered by me (my persons or property) or my child/ren or dog/s as a result, directly or indirectly of attending the walk.
I further confirm I will be responsible for any cost which might be incurred, either veterinary or other as a result of any sickness, accident or damage caused to my dog or others.  I understand that no liability will attach to the organisers of the walk.
I am aware that all dogs are required, by law, to be on lead in public parks and I accept all responsibility when I take my dog off lead while on an arranged walk and that at no time will the organisers be held liable.
