Inspired by the 12 celli of the Berlin Philharmonic and Cape Town’s I Grandi Violoncellisti, the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra now launches its own cello ensemble under the leadership of Peter Martens. A delightful bouquet of works from Vivaldi to the Beatles will show off the range and beauty of this sublime instrument.
