Join us for a delightful 3 course dining experience with Mr Braai Guy and Mondanette - Irene. Wine paired by one of Gauteng finest sommeliers, Frits from The Wine Pointer.
MENU
STARTERS
Dry aged Lamb shoulder skewers with a coconut, lime and chili sauce. Served on a yogurt flatbread with tabbouleh salad, tzatziki & chargrilled kale.
MAINS
Served as a platter for two, dry aged T-Bone reversed seared to perfection on an open wood fire, basted with a delicious steak basting sauce. T-Bones served with an option of monkey gland or mushroom sauce. Served with salted marrow bones, potato wedges and a side of chargrilled tender stem broccolini and sautéed snap peas with a chili-mint verde. DESSERT
Chocolate Malva pudding with kalua custard, served with Amarula Cappuccino
