Life Lessons From My Journey With Cancer

2022 was going to be my year of radical change and my year of going deeper within.

I had decided to put a pause on my online membership as I was wanting to focus more on 1:1 coaching and eventually coaching programs.

I’d ordered myself a few business books, I was all signed up to and excited to join a Mastermind group.

I was ready.

And then my reality got flipped upside down, inside out, sideways and backwards and in whatever other direction there is.

I was diagnosed with stage 2B breast cancer.

What a journey it's been. What a crazy ride that I'm still on.

Reflecting back, I see that my 2022 was exactly what I intended it to be, a year of radical change and going deeper within. It just didn't go exactly according to what I had envisioned.

Sometimes life has different plans for us and we can either resist it or go with it and take advantage of the opportunity to grow, learn and evolve.

I've chosen the latter. From the time of diagnosis to now, I have viewed cancer as a messenger letting me know that something in my body and life is off balance and so this year has been one of deep introspection, transformation and healing.

My cancer journey is not over and my learning is most definitely not over (it never is) but I'd love to share with you what I've learnt so far from this journey I've been on.
