World Adoption Day - Expo

We are very excited to have the opportunity to host our 5th World Adoption Day event. It has been a great journey so far, with great results of more families wanting to adopt, meaning at least a few children found a lovely home and a great opportunity to grow in a safe and loving environment. The support we received on our various platforms and network has assisted us in delivering the intended message across all audiences (the government, the private sector, black communities) to alleviate the fear and stigma against adoption. 

Now that the danger of COVID19 is controllable, we thought for this year we hold an Expo on the 13th of November 2022. The aim of the Expo is to give as many Orphanage Homes as we can an opportunity to showcase their work, so that people know how to access their services even if it’s to only support the Homes. We have also encountered several people across the globe asking where they should go if they want to start the process of Adoption. Hence, we thought it would be a great opportunity to create a platform for all the orphanage Homes to make themselves visible.  

We are also inviting the Minister of Social Development to kick start the Expo.
