Opening the night we have METRO VILLA:

"Metro Villa is a four-piece, alternative rock band here to make you dance and embrace your shortcomings and make you do something about it. Based in Cape Town, the members came together to make music that can be described as, “fun, energetic, but sometimes aggressive and loud”. Think Queens of the Stone Age meets the Killers.

The band is due to release their first single ‘Sort Yourself out’ alongside a music video in November 2022."

Followed by the head banging STRIPTEASE:

"Striptease is a Cape Town psych-punk band thriving on the power of sonic sex appeal and audible anarchy. With Paul "Pantydropper" Hugo on the Seaboard and Aedan "Drumshredder" Dilley on vocals and drums, you're sure to be swept up in a moshpit."

Then as our headliner for the night, we have the MATTY AND THE CARTOON GRAVEYARDS:

"Matty and the Cartoon Graveyards can be described as a “gang of hoodlums” originating from Pringle Bay, Stellenbosch, and Macassar respectively.

They are a punk rock band incorporating elements of folk, funk, and pop sensible choruses into their no-nonsense brand of anti-establishment tunes. Their current members include Matt Carstens (vocals, guitar), Andrew Veldman (Bass), and Vessel (Drums, vocals)."
