Learn More About U.S. Investment and Immigration Opportunities This Fall!
The IIUSA EB-5 Event Passport is focused on promoting business development opportunities in established and emerging investor markets around the world. The goal is simple: Connect members with investors and service providers around the world while packaging the trips together to cut down on expenses and travel time. Join IIUSA and local partner REI, as we expand our event presence and educational activities to Cape Town this fall.
Administered by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the EB-5 Program, also known as the Immigrant Investor Program, allows qualified foreign investors who meet specific capital investment and job creation requirements, to obtain their permanent residency and become proud contributors to U.S. communities. Since the 2008 financial crisis, access to capital has been constricted and municipal budgets continue to face significant shortfalls. In many regions, EB-5 investments have filled the funding gap, providing a new, vital source of capital for local economic development projects that revitalize communities, create and support jobs, infrastructure, and services. The EB-5 Program has attracted tens of billions in capital investment across the globe to support American businesses, creating hundreds of thousands of job opportunities for U.S. workers and helping tens of thousands of families achieve their U.S. immigration dreams.
Invest in the USA (IIUSA) is the national, membership-based 501(c)(6) not-for-profit industry trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program (the “Program”). Our members account for the vast majority of capital formation and job creation generated in the United States resulting from the Program. You can meet many of our members in Cape Town this October.
