The Catan tournament at ICON 2016 will be held in Midrand from 25 to 26 June 2016. If you are attending ICON 2016 then book your entry into the Catan tournament here asap!NB: The Catan tournament has a registration fee of R100 that does not include the required entry to the ICON 2016 event where the tournament is to be held. Tickets to enter the ICON 2016 event can be purchased here: LINK
One of the finalists from the Catan tournament could be going through to the USA in late September to compete in the Catan World Championship.
Entry to this year's Catan tournament at ICON is limited to 64 entrants on a first-come-first-served basis. Although there may still be tournament seats up for sale on the day of the tournament, it is strongly recommended to purchase entries online to avoid disappointment on the day.
Prizes for the tournament are sponsored locally by Solarpop Distribution.

By purchasing a ticket to participate in the Catan tournament at ICON 2016, the purchaser acknowledges that they accept and will abide by the Basic Catan Rules Set that will govern the tournament.
The Basic Catan Rules Set may change from time to time leading up to the event. The latest copy of these will be shared here when ready and will be read out again to all participants at the start of the tournament.

One lucky finalist from the ICON Catan tournament may be participating in the Catan World Champioship.
The Catan World Champioship (CWC) will be held September 23-25, 2016, and is taking place at a uniquely authentic venue in a richly historical area of the American west.
