The firm was formally called Bowman Gilfillan (founded by the same family after which Gilfillan field is named). Bowmans is a leading African law firm. Their track record of providing specialist legal services, both domestic and cross-border, in the fields of corporate law, banking and finance law and dispute resolution, spans over a century.
