Bushveld Braai Fest

Bushveld Braai Festivals are a lekker place to get connected with other braai lovers and enjoy some good vibes!

When: 24 - 25 September 2022

Where: 131 Rif Road, Roodeplaat, Pretoria

Tickets: R250.00 per stand which allows 4 people per stand.

Tickets include:

Camping stand and if you own a business, you can set up a stall at your camping site, sell your products or advertise your business.

It is the perfect networking opportunity as well - you never know who you might meet.

Bring your family and friends for a fun celebration on Braai Day!

It is a BIG bring and braai.

Cooler boxes and own drinks are allowed!

We will also be hosting an open mic night!

Kids are welcome! They will have some entertainment of their own - jumping castle, face painting, petting zoo, pony rides etc. 

Small 4 x 4 track with mud pools available. (at your own risk)

Rugby will be streamed live! 

Wood will be provided and ice will be sold at the venue.

Bushveld Braai Fest events are provided with no special warranty either express or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Committee Members, Advisory and Sponsors, of Bushveld Braai Fest events assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons, including death, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise.

You assume all risks and responsibility when participating in Bushveld Braai Fest events. All participants must use care and good judgment and must obey all rules & regulations of Bushveld Braai Fest. You will comply with all requests made by staff of Bushveld Braai Fest. You must obey all laws & regulations of the Republic of South Africa.

Bushveld Braai Fest reserves the right to eject any participant who does not comply with the terms of this section. Ejected participants will not be entitled to a refund or any further recourse.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bushveld Braai Fest and its organizers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, affiliates for any and all legal actions arising out of participation in Bushveld Braai Fest events. You further agree to pay all legal fees incurred by Bushveld Braai Fest that arise due to this agreement.

You give Bushveld Braai Fest authorization to use and post/ distribute any photographs, videos, recordings or any other form of recorded media of our events, including full names of any participants, before during or after the event for promotional use, reporting to the media and to publish on our website or blog. You will not be entitled to any compensation for Bushveld Braai Fest’s use of your name or media.

Refunds for any reason will be at the discretion of Bushveld Braai Fest.

Bushveld Braai Fest reserves the right to exclude anyone from becoming an Bushveld Braai Fest participant should they choose not to accept this Agreement.
