Calling all community members. Join us for a spectacular fun-filled day and evening of togetherness and joy - Carols under the Stars 2023!
As the school year draws to a close, we are thrilled to announce that this delightful event is returning, even bigger and better than before. We cordially invite you, along with your loved ones and friends, to come and bask in the joyous festivities, and indulge in some much-needed relaxation.
Carols under the Stars has become an annual sensation on our campus for Curro Durbanville families as well as the greater community. This collaborative effort aims to showcase the extraordinary singing talents of our Curro Durbanville learners and to bring families together to celebrate the main reason for the season.
Prepare to be thrilled! In addition to our magnificent singing performances, we are excited to announce that there will be an extravaganza of delectable food (some familiar faces, some new), refreshing beverages and endless entertainment for the young kids (including new inflatables & a magic show). There will even be a soft play area, exclusively catered to the needs of our littlest stars, creating a truly unforgettable evening.

- 6-seater Parachute rocket launcher
- Andre The Magician (show starts at 15:30 - 16:15 in the hospitality suite)

What to bring:
Feel free to bring your own picnic basket & refreshments, but we’d really like to encourage you to support our various food & beverage vendors.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
THE CAMPUS GATES WILL BE CLOSING AT 09:00 on FRIDAY, 1 DEC - NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON CAMPUS THEREAFTER.
- No gazebos or umbrellas or items that need to be pegged into the ground will be allowed.
- while there will be supervision at the rides & event itself, children still remain their parents responsibility. (no school teachers will be on duty)
- the soft play area will be supervised
- the inflatables will be shut down at 18:00 so as to start preparing for the Carols portion of the event.
- We would like to make a friendly request that if you are going to bring a camping chair, that you sit on the outskirts of the field so that we don’t block the view of the parents making use of picnic blankets.
