THE BEDROOM TOUR

ANDYMKOSI & friends in music return with the intimate Bedroom Tour, hosted in the homes of supporters and family members. Incepted in 2017 by Creative Entrepreneur & musician, ANDYMKOSI, the vision at the time was around concerns of safety at live shows hosted in clubs and finding ways of innovating around spaces deemed performance spaces.

This Audio is Visual, in partnership with the Music In Africa Foundation, presents The Bedroom Tour on the 4th of September. The program is a part of the Music In Africa Live project which is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office, Siemens Stiftung and Goethe-Institut. The Bedroom Tours return after a pandemic, having hosted the last session in Johannesburg in 2019. The platform has seen acts like Zoe Modiga, Thesis ZA, South African Berlin based DJ Anele Nzama grace its stages.

Backed by a beautiful three piece band compromising of bassist, Tiana Amari, pianist Nkosinathi Matomela and DA Drummer SA on percussions. Only 30 tickets will be sold at R150/ticket. The experience will be held at a secret bedroom location in Cape Town. No phones or filming will be allowed when musicians are on stage. Please arrive at 1pm for 2pm.
