Join us on Tuesday the 13th of September at 18:30 for an exciting and energetic programme of enjoyable and easy-listening music for flute and ensemble. The concert starts with the ever-popular Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano Trio by the French composer Claude Bolling. The rest of the programme is filled with Latin American passion. Alan Weinberg’s Salsa Suite will have you tapping your foot. The concert ends with Mike Mower’s Sonata Latino, and here we are joined by a 9-piece salsa band. An exhilarating end to the evening, each movement of Sonata Latino is in the style of a different Latin American country. So come groove and dance the night away!
