Tyrone and Susan are award-winning American photographers who have traveled extensively to document a range of social and environmental issues. Join us at 6 Spin Street to see some of their best work, hear them tell the stories behind the images, and explain why photography and storytelling matter.  
 
Tyrone is a regular contributor to National Geographic Magazine, project mentor for the photojournalism program at the Corcoran School of Art + Design, fellow of the Institute of Current Worlds Affairs (ICWA), and a fellow with the News Literacy Project. (www.tyronefoto.com
 
Susan is a photographer and educator. She worked as a White House photographer and a staff photographer at the Associated Press, and is now an associate professor at and founder of the New Media Photojournalism Masters Program at the Corcoran School of Art at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
