Seasons Change for a reason and staying in sync with this can help us balance ourselves. There is a time to rest, a time to get up, a time to start again. 

Let’s welcome Spring as we start setting our intentions for warmer weather and longer days. 

Treat yourself to a little breakkie in one of the amazing restaurants surrounding the Zone. You are spoilt for choice!

New to the SS community?

It's not like anything you have done before....

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party !

We combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
