Come join Mr Braai Guy at a delicious lamb feast with flavours from the Mediterranean. This relaxing Sunday Lunch will be prepared on an open fire served with wine pairings hosted by Sean Trollip from Fresh Start.

Lamb Kofta

With delicious wood flavours, served with wood fired pita bread, za’atar spicing and creamy green goddess sauce, hummus and salad.

Paired with Ridgeback African Ember – 2016 (81% Shiraz/12% Grenache/6% Mourvedre/1% Viognier)

Lamb rump

Braaied to perfection with curried yoghurt, roasted almonds and pomegranate. Served with red onion potato salad

Paired with Ridgeback Viognier – 2020

Banana and cinnamon braai pie 

Served with fresh cream.

Paired with Hartenberg Noble Late Harvest

After lunch a bonfire will be lit to enjoy the beautiful South African sunset around the fire with a delicious glass of red wine.
