ABOUT

2021 proved to be a challenging year across the Globe. This is on the back end of rolling lockdowns that were not unique to South Africa. As some companies lost revenue or closed, this had a direct impact on the individuals. This is an impact experience and seen first hand by some of For students, by students (FSBS).

Arise of student's unaffordability, whilst enrolled in the MBA program, created an apparent cashflow or funding gap requirement. Noting that the various class groups have a phenomenal selection of individuals, who are soon to be Captains of industry, the founders realized that this should be the first round of assisting funders. This is the ubuntu and paying it back notion. This foundation was founded in 2022, by a group of current and alumni Gibs MBA students. The aim is to assist current students who face financial difficulties with their tuition fees.

Our first funding initiative will be a dinner on Friday 29th July 2022. R995.00 per ticket with R600.00 per ticket going into the fund. See details on the next page
