Do you need a little pick me up ? 

It’s the middle of Winter and we are hibernating in some ways! There have been some big challenges with load shedding and sometimes it feels it’s all too much. 

Taking time for yourself and for your family to have FUN in these situations is important and can reset you back to base.

Choose to rejig your energy levels, choose to step outside of the challenges, choose to move through it in dance and community.

We are hosting a Winter Wake-Up session for the whole family where you can come and dance this all OFF!

Dress up in something firey : we are thinking reds, oranges, yellows or any combination ! 

New to the SS community?

It's not like anything you have done before....

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party !

We combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
