Countdown to DEISI International’s first annual Youth Summit!
If you answer “yes” to any of the questions below, the Summit is where you need to be!
1. Are you concerned about the unemployment rate in South Africa and your chances of getting a good job?
2. Weather reports suggest that South Africa may have another drought this season. Do you wonder how this will affect the price of food and food security and so whether there is a practical solution to the current drought challenges?
3. Are you an entrepreneur or people’s person and so always up for an opportunity to make new friends, contacts, and create new networks for yourself, your organisation and/or your business?
4. Do you consider yourself a leader but don’t know how to advocate on issues that affect your community? Are you unsure of what actions to take that will make a positive impact in the lives of those around you, especially during these precarious times?
5. Do you want to be inspired, intellectually challenged and leave a gathering with your #MindOnFleek?
Far from just being a talk-shop on Israel, the Youth Summit will be a time of engagement on issues that affect young South Africans and Africans today and learning as to how connections with Israel, a leader in (amongst other things) innovative entrepreneurship and technology, can practically benefit you and your community. Yup, there is a case for Zionism! Imaging learning all of this and more while having crazy fun!
The Summit is aimed at students, youth, youth leaders and young professionals, but all persons are welcome.
