Vendor Application Parkhurst Village Fair 2016

The annual Parkhurst Village Fair returns on the 30th of July 2016 as one of the winter highlights on the Joburg festival and market calendar. The Fair has become a much loved and highly anticipated event, not only for The Parks community but for families from all over Joburg. This year the fair will have a distinctive urban playground theme with an emphasis on interactive and all-inclusive family activities.

TO APPLY FOR A STALL AT THE 2016 PARKHURST VILLAGE FAIR PLEASE CREATE A QUICKET ACCOUNT BY CLICKING ON "CLICK HERE TO LOGIN" AND COMPLETING THE ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION FORM.  APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THEIR DECISION BY 17 JUNE 2016.

Over 4500 attendees will be able to browse over 100 stalls selling food, craft drinks, local products, lifestyle and sustainable products sourced from Parks businesses whilst enjoying live entertainment, a picnic area under the beautiful Joburg winter sun and interactive family activities. It is a not-to-be missed event and one of the few Joburg festivals for adults, kids and pets.  

NB Notes to Vendors

2016 stall cost are as follows : 
Retail Stalls:  R1500 (R900 stand cost + R600* for shading, table & electricity) 
Food Stalls:   R1900 (R1300 stand cost + R600* for shading, table & electricity)
Food Trucks: R2200 
*Please note these are being provided at cost to stall holders.

Each stand comprises a 3x3m area and includes: 

• 1 x  3m x 3m umbrella (Own branded shading will be reserved only for Premium stalls. Enquire at [email protected] about our Premium stall options).
• 1 x 1.8m x 0.75m trestle table  
• 1 x electricity point (should you require additional points or 3 phase electricity this will be charged extra)
