ABOUT

The Empathy Project is a space and platform for like and unlike minded people to gather, connect in person and unpack social commentary in a safe and intimate setting. We ask questions, exchange experiences and encourage real engagement. The aim is to inspire empathy and build understanding by listening to each other's views, ideas & stories. The project seeks to carve out space for healthy socialising and create opportunity to find community in and around Durban.

Session #7:

Coming out of another Youth Month where South African youth have equal reason to celebrate and mourn, we want to take stock of what it actually means to be Young, Gifted & Black in the current climate. Looking back at some of the things we dreamed of achieving, examining where we are now and considering what it will take to get to where we want to be, as individuals and as a collective.

Join us on Friday, 8 July 2022 , 18h30 at Humble Coffee for an open dialogue on all things young, gifted and black!

Complimentary wine or coffee included in ticket price.
