You are invited to join us for Episode 3 of the Future Females Show, as we tackle the topic of Conscious Business - tackling how we operate consciously, from Beauty, to Fashion, to Green Economy businesses - reframing how we building businesses, and how we spend our money to live an extraordinary life that makes an exceptional impact!
This is a 6 part event and web series hosted by Susana Kennedy and Lauren Dallas, that aims to celebrate and reframe success - by showcasing the stories and strategies of successful female Founders, changing the game in their industries. We’ll be asking the questions that women actually do want answered, like how do I master a full body orgasm and run a 6 figure business while juggling my romantic life and stepping into the greatest version of myself by nurturing my zone of genius.

Meet our Speakers
Speaker 1 = Cyril Naicker
Cyril has been appointed as the Chief Sustainability Executive at Plain Tiger. Plain Tiger is a global platform for sustainable and ethical luxury. They curate high-quality conscious fashion, beauty, and home décor brands from around the world on one e-commerce platform. Cyril conceptualized and wrote their Sustainability Accelerator Program that launched in 2021. He is the Country Coordinator of Fashion Revolution South Africa, an international fashion activism NGO, a movement for the fashion industry that values people and the planet over profit. He works as a fashion consultant for sustainable clothing brands. A fashion designer by qualification, Cyril has spent the last twenty years working at almost every point of the fashion value chain. He has built a reputation for his ethical stance on fashion and in 2021 represented South Africa at the United Nations panel discussion on sustainable fashion. Cyril is the Chief Executive at Imprint Luxury, events, PR, and marketing company. He has planned and executed many high-profile events including the Indonesian Embassy in South Africa, Vodacom Durban July, and Prince Albert II of Monaco.
Speaker 2 = Felicity Berold
Felicity is Chief Executive Officer at Sun Ship. Sun Ship Technologies is a clean technology company offering innovative solar, energy storage, and e-mobility products, financing, and value-adding services. The product range includes stand-alone systems that have been designed and pre-engineered for your home, home office, small business, or for a larger-scale project such as a farm.
Speaker 3 = Cindy Nell
Cindy Nell is Former Miss South Africa, Runner-Up Miss Universe, Entrepreneur, TV presenter Socialite, Businesswoman, Wife and Mom - dedicated to supporting women to feel good in their own skin. Cindy is Founder of Cosmetix with several ranges of beauty brands, noteably Catrice, a beauty range that offers a range of vegan products, and recently launched a CLEAN ID collection, with sustainable packaging from recyclable materials. Cindy will be discussing the importance of conscious consumption across all industries, but particularly lifting the lid on the beauty industry.
