The 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge is run by Independent Herbalife Members.
You have tried so many different diets and tricks in the past to lose weight and nothing worked or, you lost the weight on a diet, but gained it all back and then some, as your plan was not a lifestyle but a diet. We believe that through eating cleaner, drinking more water and doing more regular exercise, losing weight comes as a natural result. We want you to consume good wholesome foods everyday, start your day off with a delicious smoothie and again replace your lunch with another smoothie (yes we give you mouth watering recipes). As part of your meal plan, we give you some really tasty snacks for mid morning and mid afternoon. You will suprise yourself with your results after this initial 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
So what do you need for the 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge...
- You will need a blender, for sure!
- You receive a branded shaker from us as part of your entry to take your lunch time smoothie to work, not to worry!
- A Coleman where you can keep your mid morning and mid afternoon snacks, your lunch time smoothie cold and fresh.
- A Measurement tape to measure your waist, thighs and your chest once a week on Sunday mornings.
- A normal bathroom scale with new batteries!
- YOU NEED TO DO YOUR GROCERY SHOPPING BEFORE YOU START! We give you a grocery list of exactly what you need to buy.
- You want to get your mind focused on the next 21 Days, regardless of social or other events you need to attend.
What does your ticket include:
Your entry fee includes a Vanilla flavoured Meal Replacement Shake Mix. You will need to order another Vanilla shake if you need to lose 5kg or more. Add 2 x scoops of the Vanilla Shake Mix powder to your breakfast and lunch time smoothie. Vanilla is versatile and mixes with everything.
