ABOUT

The purpose of the event :

•       To create a platform for both young and older women whereby they can be empowered to think positively have a shift-in-mind-set, and add relevance for their future survival.
•         To uplift, inspire and motivate young and older women to become successful business women
•         To reclaim self confidence
•         To educate women regarding mental health and how to deal with our emotional, psychological, and social well-being which affects how we think, feel, and act.
•         To also help determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices
• To create awareness on how Mental health impacts every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
